Craig Johnson recently completed the sale of our Management Rights at Albatross North, Mermaid Beach, Gold Coast.  From commencement to completion, it was a pleasure doing business with Craig (with whom I had already done business at the Camden Motor Inn, a motel at Mermaid Beach).

Craig listed the property quickly and efficiently, his website presentation was immaculate, his first inspection was positive and ultimately lead to a sale. Inevitably, various issues presented during the sale process from offer to settlement, but all were dealt with by Craig professionally and honestly, keeping the sale on track to the satisfaction of vendor and purchaser. Craig consistently advised all parties promptly of progress and issues – this was his great strength in our experience.
